Aged 30 years in oak barrels (just like wine), Columela 30-year reserva sherry vinegar is made from the same Palomino grapes that are used to produce Spain’s famous sherries. Use it to add the rich, nutty flavour of aged sherry to dressings, marinades, sauces, soups, bisques and more.
