Nutella Panna Cotta

Panna Cotta alla Nutella

  Makes 8 servings


  • 1 and 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup of Nutella
  • 1 tbsp gelatine
  • 3 tbsp cold water


  • In a medium bowl whisk together gelatin in cold water
  • Put the Nutella in a large bowl and set aside
  • In a saucepan bring the cream to a boil.
  • Pour about 1/3 of the cream over the gelatin and whisk well to combine; then add this mixture to the remaining cream
  • Pour about 1/3 of the cream mixture over the Nutella and whisk well to form a smooth paste; add the remaining cream mixture and whisk well to combine
  • Whisk in the milk
  • Strain the mixture through a fine sieve into a big measuring cup
  • Divide among eight ramekins or glass dishes or cups
  • Refrigerate until set, about 3 hours
  • Garnish with whipping cream, chocolate sauce, or nuts
