Ananas con Grappa e Gelato di Vaniglia
Serves 6 People
Ingredients:
- 1 pineapple
- ½ oz grappa
- 6 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 12 mint leaves
Method:
- Clean, peel and cut the pineapple into round rings
- Add the grappa and let rest for 30 minutes
Assembly and Presentation:
- Place a ring of pineapple on each plate
- Top each ring of pineapple with a scoop of vanilla ice cream
- Garnish with a mint leaf
- For a variation, add a sprinkling of fresh raspberries or blueberries
