Pineapple with Grappa and Vanilla Ice Cream

Ananas con Grappa e Gelato di Vaniglia

  Serves 6 People


  • 1 pineapple
  • ½ oz grappa
  • 6 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 12 mint leaves


  1. Clean, peel and cut the pineapple into round rings
  2. Add the grappa and let rest for 30 minutes

Assembly and Presentation:

  1. Place a ring of pineapple on each plate
  2. Top each ring of pineapple with a scoop of vanilla ice cream
  3. Garnish with a mint leaf
  4. For a variation, add a sprinkling of fresh raspberries or blueberries
